 Tenant should pay all the electricity and water bills at the time they leave (last month used).

Terms & Conditions:
 Reservation fee of PHP5000 (cash or bank transfer). Reservation is confirmed only after we received your deposit. Your reservation fee will then become part of the MAIN SECURITY DEPOSIT to be promptly returned in the end of your contract (48hr upon check-out)

 MAIN SECURITY DEPOSIT (bank transfer preferred) to be paid at check-in and house take over by the tenant in the amount of PHP 45 000 (including reservation fee stated above). This deposit is serving as a risk coverage against any damage or misuse of furniture, appliances or property and will be promptly returned to the tenant in the end of your contract (48hr upon check-out) in case of property return in the proper condition

 Regular MONTHLY PAYMENTS shall be accurately done 1 month in advance, latest by the 1st of the coming month on the rolling basis. INITIAL monthly payment shall cover 2 months - counting for the first and the last month of the rent contract. Failure to conduct a rolling monthly payment on time without prior advance consent of the house owner will be automatically considered as a cancellation note for the rent contract initiating a search for the new tenant from the 1st of the next month

 Contract cancellation note - minimum 1 month in advance, please

 NO SMOKING and NO ANIMALS are allowed inside the house.

 Please, no loud parties and noise after 12MN

 We ENCOURAGE you to conserve the electricity by switching off the lights and air condition use if you are away from the house like shopping, sightseeing, vacation, etc. Remember, monthly electricity bills is your responsibility!
